I recently attended the "Balance & Thrive" workshop and found it

incredibly informative. The nutritional advice provided by Meg and the Registered Dietitian on how to properly fuel my body was invaluable. Meg offers workshops like these periodically. It's a fun way to workout, learn, and socialize. Meg has helped me become much stronger and I am very grateful to have her as an instructor. She clearly has a true passion for her work. As a bonus I have met some wonderful people in the Staten Island community through these classes.

I had the opportunity to attend a wellness retreat guided by Meg
and Renee and it was truly an incredible experience. Meg led the movement portion of the retreat with such authenticity, warmth, and expertise. Her yoga & Pilates sessions were thoughtfully designed to be deeply engaging, blending strength, mobility, and mindful flow. Every meal was prepared by Renee. All of the food was clearly crafted with intention and really felt like an act of care.

Even though I don’t practice Pilates often, she made it feel completely approachable and comfortable. Attending the yoga retreat held by Meg and Renee was such a healing and unforgettable experience. The natural setting was absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, grounding, and the perfect space to truly unplug and reconnect. Because it was a small group of women, we were able to bond in such a meaningful way. Through yoga, meditation, shared meals, and heartfelt conversations, we felt deeply connected to each other and the space.
